Travis is a founding owner of Compass South, Inc. and leads the Compass South Appraisal team. With more than 22 years of valuation experience, he is licensed in multiple states. Travis provides consulting services to investors and delivers appraisal services across the Southeast, with specific expertise in income-producing farmland, timberland, and historic properties.
In 2007, Travis partnered with Jason McMillan and Tony Watry to establish Compass South, Inc. He currently serves on the Ethics Committee of the American Appraisal Society and is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree.
