Rob is a licensed real estate agent in Georgia and South Carolina who specializes in farms, timberland, and recreational properties. He’s also a Georgia Registered Forester, an ISA Certified Arborist, and a Georgia licensed Commercial Pesticide Applicator—giving clients a rare blend of real estate expertise and significant hands-on land management experience.

Born and raised on a cattle farm in Jefferson County, Georgia, Rob learned early the value of hard work, stewardship, and life outdoors through hunting and fishing. That foundation shaped his passion for helping landowners balance productive farmland with healthy timber and thriving wildlife habitat. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from the University of Georgia’s Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources and has spent the past 15 years working in the timber and real estate business.

One of Rob’s greatest strengths is his ability to pair boots-on-the-ground property visits with detailed desktop analysis to quickly visualize a tract’s highest potential, especially raw, untamed land. He helps clients uncover hidden value and map out practical steps to achieve their goals, whether that means improving access, enhancing wildlife habitat, managing timber, developing fields, or developing an investment strategy. This approach has proven valuable not only in Rob’s own land investments across the Southeast, but also for the many buyers and sellers he’s served along the way

Today, Rob and his family reside on their family farm, where he actively manages nearly 850 acres of agriculture, timber, and wildlife habitat.
